The onsito.eu website presents the Onsito product. It is for information only. We do not sell anything on it and nothing can be ordered through it.

Who operates the website

The website is operated by Head The Projects s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 23995491, Cyrilská 508/7, 602 00 Brno. All details are on the Legal information page.

Informational nature

• The website describes the Onsito product, which is in development. Features, procedures and parameters may change during development and pilot deployments.
• The website content is not a proposal to conclude a contract within the meaning of Sections 1732 and 1733 of the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.). Nothing on the website can be accepted as an offer, and the website does not list prices.
• Only what we agree with the client in writing in a contract is binding.

Numbers in the scene

The scene on the home page shows how Onsito works. The numbers in it are illustrative. They were not measured at any client and do not promise any specific result.

Liability

We prepare the website content carefully, but we do not guarantee that it is complete and up to date at every moment. Base your decision to deploy Onsito on the contract and on verification in your own operations, not on the website alone.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of information from the website. This does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to harm to a person's natural rights (Section 2898 of the Civil Code).

Use of the website

• You may read the website and share links to it.
• Do not interfere with its operation and do not try to circumvent its security. Please report a security flaw to us as described on the Security and privacy page.
• What you may do with the texts and the logo is described on the Legal information page.

Personal data and cookies

The website has no forms and starts visitor analytics only with your consent. Details are on the Privacy policy and Cookies pages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes are resolved by Czech courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may change these terms when the website or the product changes. The current version is always here, with its effective date.
